Programmes
A progression, from AI literacy to shipped work.
Four professional cohort levels, an executive track, and student tracks. Every programme is instructor-led and delivered on campus at Al Nahyan, live online, or hybrid.

Level 01 · Foundation
AI Ignite
Practical AI literacy for an entire team. Participants learn what current models do reliably, where they fail, how to prompt and verify them, and which everyday tasks are worth handing over — ending with a written personal AI usage plan for their own role.
Learning outcomes
- Explain in plain language how generative models produce output, and what that implies for accuracy.
- Write structured prompts that produce consistent, checkable results.
- Identify tasks in their own role suitable — and unsuitable — for AI assistance.
- Apply basic checks for confidentiality, accuracy and appropriate use before relying on an output.
Modules
- M1How AI models work, in practical terms
- M2Prompting as a repeatable method
- M3Documents, data and summarisation tasks
- M4Verification, confidentiality and responsible use
- M5Building your role-specific AI usage plan

Level 02 · Applied
AI Catalyst
Participants take one real task from their own role and rebuild it as a documented AI-assisted workflow — then hand it to a colleague to prove it is repeatable.
Covers
- Task decomposition and workflow mapping
- Prompt libraries and reusable templates
- Working with documents and structured data
- Quality checks and handover documentation
- For
- Analysts, marketing, operations, HR, finance
- Duration
- Duration: to be confirmed
Level 03 · Specialist
AI Prism
For technical and data-facing roles: connecting models to real systems, evaluating output quality objectively, and building the guardrails that make automation safe to run unattended.
Covers
- Retrieval over an organisation’s own documents
- Agents, tool use and multi-step automation
- Evaluation: measuring whether output is good enough
- Failure modes, logging and human review points
- For
- Developers, data and IT roles, technical leads
- Duration
- Duration: to be confirmed
Level 04 · Advanced
AI Forge
A capstone cohort. Teams scope, build and present a working AI solution for their own organisation, assessed against criteria agreed at the start of the programme.
Covers
- Scoping a solution against a business constraint
- Build sprints with trainer review checkpoints
- Testing, documentation and handover
- Final presentation and assessed review
- For
- Product, engineering and innovation teams
- Duration
- Duration: to be confirmed
Executive track
Executive AI Briefing
A condensed, discussion-led session for boards, executive committees and senior leadership. No coding: the focus is on where AI creates value, what governance it demands, and how to sequence adoption.
- Where AI is already changing your sector
- Deciding what to pilot, and what to leave alone
- Data, confidentiality and acceptable-use governance
Student tracks
AI and coding for school students
Age-banded programmes taught on campus in small groups, in term-time cycles and holiday intensives.
C1 · Grades 1–5
Explorers
Logic, sequencing and block-based coding, with guided introductions to how machines recognise patterns.
C2 · Grades 6–9
Builders
Python foundations, robotics and data — students build working projects and learn to test and fix their own code.
C3 · Grades 10–12
Innovators
Applied machine learning and generative AI, culminating in an individual portfolio project and presentation.
